To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the parent or guardian agrees to release, waive, and discharge Launch Hub Learning, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the program, including claims arising from negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Instructors provide supervision during all program activities. Students are expected to follow instructions and treat all equipment and fellow students with care and respect. Launch Hub Learning reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior poses a safety risk to others. No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to conduct.
