Return and Refund Policy

1. Courses and Programs

Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 14 days before the first class of your enrolled session.

50% refunds are available if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the first class.

No refund is issued for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date, or after the program has begun. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented emergencies.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (Herndon location courses) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

3. Summer Camp

Summer camp registrations are non-refundable within 30 days of the camp start date. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.

4. Physical Products (Store Items)

Physical items (kits, parts, merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@launchhublearning.com with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.
