Please read this policy carefully before enrolling your child in any Launch Hub Learning program. By completing enrollment and checking the media release consent box at checkout, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
During Launch Hub Learning camps, courses, and events, we may take photographs and video recordings of students participating in activities. This policy explains how those images and recordings may be used.
By checking the consent box at checkout, the parent or guardian grants Launch Hub Learning permission to photograph and/or record their child during program activities, and to use those photos and videos, without compensation, for:
Photos and videos are used to showcase program activities and are never sold to third parties. Students are generally identified by first name only, if at all — full last names and other private details are not published alongside photos or videos.
Consent to media release is optional and is not required to enroll in or participate in any program. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or recorded, please contact us at info@launchhublearning.com before the program begins, and we will make sure your child is excluded from any photos or videos we use publicly.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the information above. We will stop using new photos or videos of your child going forward; this does not require us to retract materials already published prior to your request.
