These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Launch Hub Learning website at launchhublearning.com and your participation in any Launch Hub Learning programs, courses, camps, or product purchases (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Launch Hub Learning is a children's STEM education company offering in-person robotics, coding, and engineering programs for children, based in the DMV area (Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.). We operate in-school programs, campus-based courses, and seasonal camps, and we sell physical STEM kits and educational products through our online store.
Our programs are designed for children. By enrolling your child, you represent that:
Children must not use our website directly to enroll or make purchases. All transactions must be completed by an adult (18+).
Enrollment in a course or camp is subject to availability and is confirmed upon:
We reserve the right to decline enrollment for any reason, including if a program is at capacity or if we determine that a program is not age- or skill-appropriate for the enrolled child. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Enrollment in any program constitutes your agreement to these Terms and to our Refund Policy and Liability Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that course descriptions, schedules, instructor assignments, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to modify:
If a material change affects your enrollment, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to continue, transfer, or receive a refund.
In-school programs and summer camps are billed as one-time payments at the time of enrollment. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
Campus-based robotics and coding courses (Herndon location) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a monthly program:
Physical products (robotics kits, apparel, parts) are charged at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling an order placed at an incorrect price.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We expect all students to:
Disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the class session. Repeated violations may result in disenrollment from the program without a refund.
We may photograph or video students during classes for use in our marketing materials and social media. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment. Your preference will be respected.
You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your child's safe participation in our programs. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately using the information provided at enrollment and, if necessary, call emergency services. You authorize emergency medical care for your child in the event we cannot reach you.
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a session may not be admitted to class, as late arrivals can be disruptive and pose safety challenges. Missed sessions are not refunded or made up unless due to a documented emergency.
All content on our website and in our course materials — including text, images, videos, lesson plans, worksheets, and the Launch Hub Learning name and logo — is the property of Launch Hub Learning and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of our website or services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Launch Hub Learning, its officers, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Fairfax County, Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify currently enrolled families of material changes by email. Your continued enrollment or use of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Liability Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Launch Hub Learning regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
